The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

After graduating from Penn State in December of 1942 with a BS degree in Chemistry and an ROTC 2nd Lt. rank, I spent 40 months in the Corps of Engineers, 36 of those in the European Theatre during WWII. Married a wonderful French girl and now have been married for 63 years and have three children. In the chemical industry over 42 years I worked in laboratory research, pilot plant design and operation, chemical plant management, and in headquarters assignments such as director of manufacturing. We lived in five states: Tennessee, New York, Louisiana, Connecticut, and Georgia. We are now retired in The Villages, FL-a great senior's retirement complex. Also I served in many community organizations, churches, several charities, and helped the uneducated to earn their GED.
